Made to order
Each piece is made to order. Processing takes 3 to 7 business days before your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can add time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update. If your order contains more than one item, items may arrive in separate packages.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless they are collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Refused packages are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Address
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once an order is in production we may not be able to change it, and we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Damaged or lost orders
See our Refund Policy. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages.
