Refund policy

Every CREATION OF GOD piece is made to order after you place your order. Because each piece is made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item or size you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at creationofgodbrand@gmail.com.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the item and the issue, and a photo of the shipping label.
- Please do not send anything back unless we ask you to. Items returned without approval cannot be processed.
Lost packages
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived, contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund it.
We cannot replace orders that are lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
Not covered
- Size, fit or style exchanges.
- Damage caused by washing or drying against the care label, wear, or alteration.
- Claims made after the 7-day window.
- Sale or discounted items, except when damaged, defective or wrong.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they go into production, usually within a few hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
